Two-Day Teacher Training Program at Universal Delhi Public School
Universal Delhi Public School, Jammu successfully organized an insightful. Two-Day Teacher Training Program, aimed at empowering our educators with innovative teaching methodologies and reflective practices.
The workshop was conducted by Ms. Marifa Muzzafar and Mr. Varun Bandral
The two-day workshop covered the following key themes:
Day 1: Interdisciplinary & Project Based Learning**
Teachers were introduced to innovative strategies for integrating multiple subjects into engaging, real-world projects, fostering critical thinking and holistic learning among students.
Day 2: Building Teacher Confidence and Reflective Practices**
The session focused on strengthening teachers' self-confidence, encouraging self-reflection, and equipping them with tools to continuously grow in their teaching journey.
Sharing her thoughts on the program, Ms. Pankaja Jamwal remarked:
"Empowering our teachers with new-age skills and reflective thinking is the key to shaping confident classrooms and, in turn, confident students."
The training saw enthusiastic participation from our teaching staff , who engaged in interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and collaborative learning throughout the two days.
