Healthy Food & Wellness Workshop
Universal Delhi Public School successfully organized an engaging Healthy Food & Wellness Workshop as part of Prarambh – The Grand Start. The session was conducted by Ms. Suvriti from Team Cornitos, in collaboration with Bragit Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Jammu.
The workshop focused on promoting healthy eating habits, balanced nutrition, and overall wellness among students. Through interactive discussions, informative activities, and exciting fun games, students learned the importance of making nutritious food choices while enjoying a lively and engaging learning experience.
The session was both educational and entertaining, encouraging students to adopt healthy habits and understand the value of maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
The workshop was conducted under the able guidance of our Principal, Ms. Pankaja Jamwal, whose vision and support continue to foster holistic development and wellness education among students.
