"Speak with confidence, think with purpose, and let your words make a difference" Universal Delhi Public School hosted an engaging Inter-House Extempore Competition, providing students with a wonderful platform to express their thoughts, ideas, and perspectives with confidence and clarity. The participants showcased their oratory skills, spontaneity, presence of mind, vocabulary, and communication abilities, proving that true confidence comes from the courage to speak and the ability to think on one’s feet. Weaving Waste into Beautiful Creations

As part of our Happy Curriculum and Sustainable development goals, our students created masterpieces through Weaving Art from Old Newspapers. Students from Grades 1 to 8 participated enthusiastically and showcased their incredible talents by transforming Old Newspapers into beautiful, innovative and meaningful creations. From intricate weaving patterns to imaginative best-out-of-waste masterpieces, every creation reflected the students’ creativity, patience, craftsmanship and out-of-the-box thinking.

Teachers Interhouse Fruit Salad Competition

Keeping the spirit of Teamwork and Creativity in mind, UDPS School organized an exciting Salad Making Competition for our talented teachers. The event turned the staff room into a colorful kitchen of creativity,as teachers showcased their culinary skills, presentation ideas ,and healthy eating messages through beautifully crafted salads. From vibrant veggie bowls to artistically plated fruit salads, each entry reflected imagination , teamwork , and passion. International Yoga Day Celebration

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the students of Universal Delhi Public School enthusiastically participated in various yoga activities and celebrated the spirit of health, harmony, and well-being. Our students actively performed different yoga asanas and breathing exercises wherever they were available—at home, in parks, gardens, and open spaces. Ice Hockey State Championship 2026 Off-Ice

Universal Delhi Public School, R.S. Pura, Jammu, proudly hosted the prestigious Ice Hockey State Championship, organized by the Ice Hockey Association of Jammu & Kashmir under the recognition of the Ice Hockey Association of India. The event beautifully reflected the spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), inspiring students to become responsible global citizens and advocates for a greener future. Adding glamour with a meaningful message, students confidently walked the ramp in creatively designed outfits made from Best Out of Waste materials. Through their innovative creations, they highlighted the importance of recycling, reusing, and reducing waste, reinforcing the core message of sustainability. Throughout the camp, students engaged in a wide range of enriching activities aimed at nurturing creativity, confidence, communication skills, teamwork, and environmental awareness. Every activity was thoughtfully planned to align with the vision of sustainable development and holistic education. The ceremony also featured heartfelt student reflections, where participants shared their experiences and learnings from the camp. Students were mesmerized by an exciting Magic Show conducted by Renowned Magician Mr. Jaswinder Singh. PRARAMBH – The Grand Start Day 2 Highlights

Day 2 of Prarambh – The Grand Start at Universal Delhi Public School was a perfect blend of learning, creativity, and fun-filled experiences for our young campers. The students enthusiastically participated in activities such as Zumba Session, Theatre/Music/Dance, Best Out of Waste, Fireless Cooking, and Potter’s Wheel, where they explored their talents, enhanced their creativity, and learned through hands-on experiences. A special highlight of the day was the Pool Party for Toddlers, where our little ones enjoyed splashing, playing, and having a refreshing time with their friends. Their cheerful smiles and boundless excitement made the celebration truly memorable. Inter-House Sports Tournment Finals

Universal Delhi Public School proudly conducted the thrilling Inter-House Kho-Kho and Cricket Tournament Finals under the valuable guidance and support of our respected Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Pankaja Jamwal, with enthusiastic participation from all four houses — Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, and Neptune . Kho-Kho Tournament Highlights The final match was played between Mars House and Jupiter House,Mars House won the toss. Jupiter House showcased outstanding teamwork and emerged victorious and lifted the Kho-Kho championship trophy. Afsa was declared the Best Player for her exceptional performance throughout the tournament. Cricket Tournament Highlights The cricket finals were played between Jupiter House and Saturn House in an exciting and competitive match filled with sportsmanship and energy. Taranjeet was awarded the Man of the Match for his remarkable performance on the field. Congratulations to all the participants for displaying teamwork, discipline, and true sports spirit. Gatka Demonstration Sikh Martial Arts For Self Defense & Confidence

Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will A vibrant and inspiring Gatka session was conducted in Universal Delhi Public School by the renowned Fauj-e-Khalsa Group under the able guidance of Mr. Angat Preet Singh. The session introduced students to the traditional Sikh martial art of Gatka, highlighting its rich cultural heritage, discipline, courage, and self-defense techniques. The energetic performance and interactive demonstration captivated the students and encouraged them to understand the values of bravery, respect, teamwork, and physical fitness. The session proved to be both educational and motivational, leaving the students inspired by the spirit of dedication and valor showcased by the team. Mother's Day Celebration

Universal Delhi Public School, RS Pura celebrated “Rendezvous with Mothers – Mother’s Day Fiesta” on 9th May 2026 in the school with great enthusiasm and joy. The programme was organised to honour and appreciate the unconditional love, care, and sacrifices of mothers. The celebration began with a warm welcome, followed by mesmerizing dance and song performances by the students, which filled the atmosphere with happiness and emotions. Exciting activities such as Twine & Shine Ramp Walk, Fireless Lunch Box Magic, and Recycled Radiance – Best Out of Waste showcased the creativity, confidence, and talent of both mothers and children.
